When you use the website www.design4pets.hr ("website"), which also includes an online store, Design4Pets doo ("Design4Pets" or "Controller"), as a data controller, processes your personal data in accordance with the relevant regulations on protect personal data.

These Personal Data Protection Rules ("Rules") describe what types of data are processed and for what purposes, and your rights related to such processing. Please read these Rules carefully before continuing to use the website. If you do not agree with their provisions, please do not use the website.

2. Personal data we process

"Personal data" means all data relating to an individual whose identity has been determined or can be determined (the "respondent").

1. Contact and identification data required for ordering products in the online store, i.e. their delivery/delivery to the requested address;
2. Information about purchases via the online store, eg purchased products, invoice amount, selected payment method, frequency of purchases;

Personal data processed by PNI are stored in Croatia and/or another member state of the European Economic Area ("EEA"). In certain cases, PNI transfers personal data to service providers or other persons who process said personal data in third countries. For example, PNI transfers certain personal data (e.g. telephone number or other contact data) to marketing communications service providers who process such data in third countries outside the EEA, such as Switzerland. In this case, the transfer of data to a third country is permitted based on the adequacy decision of the European Commission, which determines how the relevant third country ensures an adequate level of protection of personal data, in accordance with Article 45 of the General Regulation. In all other cases of data transfer to third countries for which the European Commission has not issued a decision on adequacy, PNI transfers data only on the basis of appropriate protective measures in accordance with Article 46 of the General Regulation, including standard data protection clauses issued by the European Commission, i.e. in in accordance with the rules on derogation for special situations in accordance with Article 49 of the General Regulation. 3. Purpose of personal data processing

Design4Pets processes personal data for the following purposes:

3.1. Processing of orders through the online store and delivery of ordered products to the address specified by the user;

3.2. Transmission of commercial communications via electronic mail, mobile telephony or traditional mail or courier delivery (within the limits of your consent);

3.3. Participation in surveys, questionnaires and contests organized by Design4Pets. For details on this type of processing, see section 7 of these Rules (Surveys, Questionnaires and Promotions);

3.4. Providing answers to questions you ask us or to your advice, comments, objections, etc.;

3.5. Creation of various reports / statistics on the way of using the website and the services it offers, including on how the contracts with Design4Pets were executed;

3.6. Resolving any disputes or complaints relating to or arising from the activities of Design4Pets.

4. Communication of data to third parties

We do not sell, transfer, or disclose the information we collect on our websites to anyone outside of Design4Pets without your consent, except (1) in cases prescribed by law and when it is necessary to fulfill our legal obligations, (2) in cases where it is necessary in order to protect your life or physical integrity, and you are not able to give your consent to the processing of your personal data, (3) in cases where this is necessary for the fulfillment of tasks carried out in the public interest, (4) in cases where you yourself publish this information and (5) in cases where it is necessary to protect our legitimate interests. We process data whose processing is necessary for the performance of a contract (e.g. when purchasing our products) or for the purpose of taking actions at your request prior to concluding a contract, no later than the expiration of a period of 5 years after the fulfillment or termination of the contract, i.e. taking the relevant action. Personal data that we are obliged to keep in order to comply with our legal obligations will be processed until the expiration of the data retention periods determined by the relevant regulations.

Design4Pets may disclose some or all of your personal information to the following recipients, as set forth below:

1. To persons authorized to process personal data in the name and on behalf of Design4Pets, i.e. collaborators or suppliers necessary for the provision and maintenance of services provided through these websites (e.g. providers of website creation and maintenance services, providers of delivery of ordered products or promotional materials, suppliers in the preparation of marketing campaigns, etc., associates or service providers who can best answer your questions, etc.).
2. To the legal successor or successors, in case of status changes due to division, merger, restructuring or other transfer of control in the company.

Registered users have access to their data at all times and can edit/modify them directly through the user account.

1. c) Right to deletion: in certain circumstances, users have the right to delete personal data relating to them. Registered users can delete their account at any time.
2. d) The right to withdraw consent: Users have the right to withdraw previously given consent for the processing of personal data at any time. If you only want to change the consent settings for commercial communication, you can edit the same independently at any time within your user profile.

1. Confirm to the user whether or not it processes personal data related to that user/respondent
2. Correct or delete, free of charge and without delay, personal data relating to the user/respondent
3. Limit or stop the processing of personal data of users/respondents
